Description

You will facilitate agile ceremonies and guide the team through the software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments to progress and guide the team in resolving blockers.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and maintenance.
• Lead discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution within the team.
• Assess delivery risks and communicate them to management.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in an Agile or Scrum Master role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and methodologies.
• Experience managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Azure.
• Ability to facilitate Scrum of Scrums and collaborate with other Scrum Masters.
• Experience improving agile maturity models and processes.
• Any graduate degree.
