Description

You will manage end-to-end project delivery by aligning cross-functional teams with inter-dependent programs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and PI Planning Board administration.
• Act as a servant leader to identify and resolve team-level impediments while escalating organizational barriers.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams on Agile principles and self-organization.
• Configure and optimize Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence to support workflows, including custom automation rules and dashboards.
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as sprint velocity, cycle time, lead time, and capacity utilization to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a senior or enterprise-level role.
• Proven experience leading Agile transformations and organizational process improvements.
• Expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other enterprise Agile methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in administering Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
• Ability to build executive dashboards and translate Agile metrics into actionable reports.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certifications.
• Experience with Kanban, Lean, or XP frameworks.
