Description

Lead cross-functional teams through high-velocity sprints and complex backlog refinements. Own the Agile process to ensure seamless delivery of scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage complex dependencies across architects, developers, and QA to align with project objectives.
• Partner with technical leads to identify bottlenecks and foster continuous improvement.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure data accuracy through rigorous QA alignment.
• Track Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, sprint health) to improve delivery predictability.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Strong proficiency with JIRA for dashboard creation and KPI reporting.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience coordinating with QA Engineers and technical teams.
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive KPI reports for leadership visibility.
• Proven track record of reducing post-deployment incidents through process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
