Own Agile delivery for a Financial Services squad in Alpharetta, GA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure solution-focused outcomes.
• Maintain product backlog hygiene in Jira and build informative dashboards to drive performance improvements.
• Partner with the Product Owner to plan quarterly IBR sessions and prioritize modernization and hygiene work items.
• Monitor team performance via metrics dashboards, identifying continuous improvement opportunities to work more effectively.
• Provide transparency on risks and impediments to the Fleet Delivery Lead and recommend strategies for efficient operations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a proven track record in project management.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum principles, Agile practices, and change management methodologies.
• Experience delivering successful projects within the Financial Services domain, specifically Wealth Management.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for backlog management, tracking, and process management.
• Ability to influence behavior without formal authority and break down silos across cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and resolving impediments to meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of Agile and deployment lifecycles, including Release Change Management.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master Certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
