Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage team delivery using Scrum methodologies.
• Manage workflow and task tracking within JIRA.
• Implement and maintain Kanban boards to optimize team throughput.
• Remove blockers to ensure consistent sprint progress.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Active Scrum Master certification.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Experience with Kanban frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies.
• Any graduate degree.
