Description

Lead Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and enable high-velocity delivery for an engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure purposeful execution.
• Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with business value.
• Remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies, and protect the team from scope creep.
• Coach the team on Agile best practices, estimation, flow management, and delivery predictability.
• Analyze performance metrics (velocity, cycle time) and drive measurable improvements in quality and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead supporting software engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including Kanban and XP.
• Experience facilitating cross-team dependencies with architecture, DevOps, and QA.
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Proven track record enabling successful delivery in complex, technical environments (distributed systems, modernization, or enterprise integration).
• Ability to coach engineers and stakeholders across varying levels of Agile maturity.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Product implementation experience and proficiency in business process modeling tools.
