Description

You will drive the team's process adherence and continuous improvement as the Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning to maintain team alignment.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics like velocity and burndown using Azure DevOps.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments to ensure project flow.
• Act as the liaison between the development team and stakeholders regarding risks and issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development.
• Mandatory certification: CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for tracking and reporting.
• Experience managing backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles and coaching techniques.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to manage dependencies.
• Experience with project documentation and reporting standards.
• Working knowledge of MS Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
• Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices.
