Description

You will serve as the Scrum Master, guiding teams through Agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies and coach development teams.
• Support new team member onboarding and ticket triage processes.
• Analyze data to derive actionable insights for process improvement.
• Ensure adherence to established Agile controls.
• Facilitate the development of self-organizing, high-performing teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PMI-ACP).
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to facilitate and multitask effectively.
• Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Freddie Mac processes.
• Experience with customer onboarding and data platforms.
