Description

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
✅ Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized, value-driven backlog
✅ Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery
✅ Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement best practices
✅ Drive transparency, accountability, and delivery predictability across teams
✅ Analyze team metrics such as velocity, throughput, and cycle time to improve performance
✅ Coordinate with Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders
✅ Support release planning, risk management, and communication across workstreams
✅ Promote quality-first delivery, technical debt management, and Definition of Done standards
🔹 Required Qualifications:
✔️ 5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead experience
✔️ Strong experience supporting software engineering teams in complex technical environments
✔️ Proven success delivering modernization, distributed systems, or enterprise integration projects
✔️ Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and XP
✔️ Experience with Azure D Jira ,DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile tools
✔️ Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
✔️ Strong ability to coach teams and stakeholders across varying levels of Agile maturity
