Description

You will facilitate Agile-Scrum processes for Salesforce projects within the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

• Run sprints and track team throughput using JIRA, Confluence, and JAMA.
• Manage projects using both Agile-Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Lead software development teams through effective people management and leadership.
• Influence project outcomes and team direction without direct authority.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in the healthcare domain.
• Experience managing at least 2-3 Salesforce projects of 1 year duration or more.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and JAMA.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile-Scrum and Waterfall environments.
• Valid Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the USA healthcare industry.
• Implementation experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Experience, or Health Clouds.
• Domain experience in Payer, Provider, Payvider, Pharmacy, Medicare, Medicaid, Pharmaceutical, or MedTech sectors.
