Description

Lead Agile processes for one or more teams to ensure predictable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile planning sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning within a scaled Agile implementation.
• Coach teams to adhere to the Scrum framework and onboard members transitioning from non-Agile backgrounds.
• Remove impediments to performance by collaborating with Product Managers, Owners, and development and support organizations.
• Manage cross-team coordination, mediate conflicts, and foster healthy team dynamics and communication.
• Implement stakeholder engagement plans, including managing resolutions, corrective actions, and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile leadership role.
• Proven ability to facilitate PI Planning in scaled Agile environments.
• Experience onboarding teams and employees into Agile environments.
• Ability to mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Experience working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Development teams.
• Skill in managing stakeholder communications, including issue resolution and lessons learned.
• Experience working alongside an Agile Coach to support project transitions.
