You will facilitate agile processes and provide technical guidance for development teams building cloud-native container infrastructure in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and administer boards to visualize workflows and eliminate backlog.
• Remove impediments to progress and provide one-on-one Agile coaching to team members.
• Drive key performance metrics including velocity increases, sprint commitment rates, and defect leak rates.
• Provide technical guidance to developers through code reviews, performance optimization, and implementation of coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing status reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Agile frameworks.
• Experience implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) quality practices.
• Proven ability to deliver key metrics for complex cloud implementations.
• Experience driving predictability within 10% of estimates.
• Ability to conduct technical feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Experience managing regression hardening and defect containment targets.
• Ability to manage technical alternatives, package selection, and architectural best practices.
