Description

Responsibilities:

• Coach the team on Scrum principles and practices.
• Help the team stay focused on the sprint goals.
• Scrum Master ensures events for projects happen and are effective. Identify and remove blockers. 
• Create Executive Leadership team status reports. 

Must have requirements:

• Must have min 10+ years of IT experience
• At least 5years' experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master
• Must have JIRA experience
• Must have current or previous PEGA experience
• Must have healthcare payer insurance experience  (examples: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Elevance, Optum, UHG, CareFirst, WellPoint, Cigna, Aetna, etc.)
• Agile principles and values must be put into practice. 
• Ability to coach teams on self-organization and continuous improvement. 
• Deep understanding of the Scrum framework (roles, events, artifacts).
• Must be able to facilitate Scrum events.
• Must be able to do conflict resolution.
• Must be able to clearly communicate across technical and non-technical audiences. The candidate should have used Jira or a similar tool.
• Excellent communication skills
