Description

You will lead project teams by facilitating Scrum processes and ensuring adherence to Agile values and principles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team on Scrum methodology, ceremonies, and governance plan practices.
• Identify project risks and recommend process improvements.
• Establish and communicate expectations to the Product Owner and business representatives.
• Provide guidance and direction to project teams to ensure delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Scrum Master Certification (PSM1 or CSM).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners.
• Ability to manage testing concepts for dynamic web content.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
