Description

You will facilitate agile delivery and manage dependencies for the HR Program roadmap.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own and contribute to the HR Program-wide roadmap, PI planning, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage cross-squad dependencies in collaboration with other programs and squads.
• Facilitate all key Agile ceremonies and create framework artifacts and metrics.
• Partner with HR Technology Owners to manage project governance, demand charter, and budget financials.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs and ensure alignment with business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and frameworks.
• Experience tracking, analyzing, and communicating Agile metrics.
• Proven ability to manage large programs and lead through thought leadership.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to foster a transparent and safe work environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Rally, SAFe, or HR domain knowledge.
• Scrum Master certifications such as CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP.
• Experience managing technology initiatives.
