Description

Guide scrum teams in implementing Agile frameworks while managing software development projects through the full SDLC.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, lead sprints, and remove impediments to ensure team adherence to Agile principles.
• Manage application development projects from requirement definition through testing, rollout, and support to meet budget and timeline constraints.
• Perform project planning, work breakdown, and task assignment to ensure the assembly of coherent deliverables.
• Maintain IT project plans that communicate milestones, status, resource allocation, and risks.
• Track team velocity using burndown charts and monitor progress against project goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a project management focus leading complex SDLC projects.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with JIRA for tracking progress and managing workflows.
• Experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Strong skills in risk escalation, status reporting, and project sizing.
• Ability to assist technical teams with design and development tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum or PMP certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
