Description

You will guide Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, and drive process improvements through data analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies and coach development teams on best practices.
• Support new team member onboarding and manage ticket triage processes.
• Analyze data to derive actionable insights for continuous process improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to established Agile controls and standards.
• Facilitate the development of self-organizing, high-performing teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to perform data analysis.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings and multitask effectively.
• Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Freddie Mac processes.
• Experience with customer onboarding and data platforms.
