Description

You will own the facilitation and execution of agile delivery within IT programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Run scrum ceremonies and guide teams using Agile methodologies.
• Manage backlog and assist the E-commerce manager with story creation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define scope and objectives.
• Track and report project performance metrics, escalating risks as needed.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years leading IT program execution.
• Expert proficiency in Scrum methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira for building Scrum Boards and Dashboards.
• Proficiency in working with Kanban boards.
• Ability to create PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings and project planning.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for clear stakeholder updates.
• Experience creating Excel reports for project planning.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategy development.
