Description

You will lead the critical application stabilization team, managing the Scrum process and driving adoption of engineering best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team self-organization, growth, and continuous improvement while transitioning to a self-managing unit.
• Remove impediments, mediate conflicts, and coordinate across other agile teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Act as a liaison between product owners and the development team, maintaining the product backlog and setting clear expectations.
• Leverage data such as burndown charts to measure progress, monitor velocity, and track sprint or release status.
• Drive the adoption of best coding practices and the Definition of Done to increase overall development effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Proven ability to facilitate team self-organization and remove process impediments.
• Strong experience with tracking metrics like burndown charts and monitoring project progress.
• Skilled in liaising between product owners and development teams to align targets and requirements.
• Experience driving adoption of engineering best practices and coding standards.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple agile teams for complex projects.
• Any Graduate education.
