Description

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile delivery for software engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized, value-driven backlog.
• Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement best practices.
• Analyze team metrics such as velocity, throughput, and cycle time to improve performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead experience.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
• Experience supporting software engineering teams in complex technical environments.
• Proven success delivering modernization, distributed systems, or enterprise integration projects.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or similar Agile tools.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong ability to coach teams and stakeholders across varying levels of Agile maturity.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
