Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage team workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Scrum Master roles.
• Direct experience working within Banking or Financial Services sectors.
• Domain knowledge of trading systems and environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.
