Description

Own the Scrum framework and remove impediments for IT teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team on Scrum principles and facilitate self-organization.
• Ensure Scrum events are effective and sprint goals are met.
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain workflow.
• Create status reports for the Executive Leadership team.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential.
• Deep understanding of the Scrum framework (roles, events, artifacts).
• Proficient in Jira.
• Current or previous Pega experience.
• Healthcare payer insurance domain experience (e.g., Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Elevance, Optum, UHG, CareFirst, WellPoint, Cigna, Aetna).
• Ability to apply Agile principles in practice.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
