Description

You will facilitate agile delivery and optimize team value within a SAFe framework.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Business Product Owners, and Infrastructure teams to prioritize backlogs and align with organizational objectives.
• Coach teams in SAFe principles and practices to eliminate bottlenecks and improve flow.
• Collaborate with developers and operations on application monitoring, production support, change management, and software quality.
• Execute transformation objectives including cloud migration, DevOps, automation, and product-centric software engineering.
• Analyze and present business, software, and infrastructure process data to support delivery goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience within information technology.
• Hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience running Scrum ceremonies and managing impediments to closure.
• Experience operating within an Agile development environment.
• Ability to track and generate Scrum completion and metrics reports.
• Experience working with infrastructure and operation teams on stability and predictability.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, MS Excel, and data analytics.
• SAFe PM/PO and/or Scrum Master Certification.
• Experience with Tableau and reporting.
