Description

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams on Scrum and Kanban practices to improve delivery efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews for cross-functional teams.
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
• Manage and track progress using Jira and Azure DevOps, ensuring visibility into sprint health.
• Resolve impediments and foster collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps for project tracking.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday HCM.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations or post-production support.
• Familiarity with the full HR lifecycle (hire-to-retire) and public sector organizations.
