Description

You will facilitate Agile processes and manage SCRUM platform development teams in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Apply documented patterns to address gaps in the standard Scrum approach.
• Mentor team members and facilitate clear communication across the development lifecycle.
• Implement SAFe and Agile techniques including User Stories, TDD, and Pairing.
• Support continuous integration, continuous testing, and automated testing workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Experience with SAFe/Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.
• Experience with Agile Games.
• Ability to manage SCRUM platform development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
• Knowledge of XP, Kanban, Crystal, or FDD.
