Description

Lead Agile processes and facilitate delivery for data modernization projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Drive Agile project management best practices to align with business objectives and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with data architects, engineers, DBAs, and data scientists to execute data modernization initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to manage expectations and communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master managing Agile projects.
• Hands-on experience with data modernization, data modeling, and data governance.
• Knowledge of modern data platforms, including Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, and cloud-based analytics.
• Experience with cloud migration technologies, specifically Talend-to-Azure Cloud migrations.
• Proficiency in project tracking and reporting using Jira and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of Data Governance principles and compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work effectively with data development teams, including DBAs and data scientists.
• Any Graduate degree.
