Description

Key Requirements:
8+ years as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams
Strong experience with Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Proven ability to remove blockers and improve team delivery
Experience coaching teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Hands-on with Agile tools like Jira
Ability to track/report sprint metrics, velocity, and progress
Experience working in large-scale enterprise IT environments
Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) required
Government project experience preferred
