Description

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments for technology and data teams in Austin, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coach teams on self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Track and report velocity, sprint progress, and team performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira for tracking and reporting.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Ability to manage delivery metrics and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting technology or data platform teams.
• Scrum certification (CSM or PSM).

Preferred Skills

• State or government project experience.
