Description

Lead agile delivery and manage end-to-end project lifecycles within a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage the backlog, drive sprint progress, and maintain Jira hygiene.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing by scheduling sessions, reporting progress, and securing business Go-No Go approvals.
• Own release management tasks including release planning, obtaining approvals, and distributing release notes.
• Track and report project health metrics such as capacity utilization, on-time delivery, and product quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience using Agile methodology.
• Proven track record of leading complex implementations to completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing project documentation, timelines, and blockers.
• Strong communication skills for leading meetings and project discussions.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Organizational knowledge and experience in matrixed environments.
