Description

You will facilitate Agile best practices and mentor team members on development processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment.
• Collect and write detailed user stories, identifying tasks and acceptance criteria with the team and client.
• Analyze business processes and implement improvements alongside the project team.
• Maintain the product backlog and support QA and requirement validation efforts.
• Manage client expectations and communicate with stakeholders to align on project needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a development team.
• Proficiency with JIRA for backlog and sprint management.
• Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level management.
• Ability to teach technical teams Agile framework concepts.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting or coordinating with recruiters to support team staffing needs.
