Description

Facilitate Scrum processes for cross-functional teams handling project, non-project, and maintenance work in the Auto Lending domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams in following Agile and Scrum practices to promote prioritization, readiness, and sprint commitment.
• Use empirical data to assess scrum maturity, optimize velocity against KPIs, and identify performance improvements.
• Remove systemic impediments to agility and escalate risks to prevent blockers.
• Coach teams on delivering capabilities through the SDLC, business process mapping, and release processes.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and facilitate Scrum of Scrums.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a practicing Scrum Master.
• 8+ years of business experience in matrixed environments such as product development, project management, or implementation.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry within mid-to-large organizations.
• Accredited Scrum Master Certification.
• Accredited SAFe and/or LeSS Certification.
• Deep understanding of full SecDevOps and DevOps platforms.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes, work breakdown, and sizing methodologies.
• Experience with cross-team dependency management and Agile-based requirements management.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with TDD, BDD, code quality scanning, test automation, and release management.
