Description

You will act as a hybrid Scrum Master and Business Analyst, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and discovery workshops with business stakeholders.
• Conduct current state assessments of business processes and supporting systems to identify gaps.
• Provide functional clarification to technical leads and developers to set clear team expectations.
• Document, socialize, and triage issues, defects, and enhancement requests.
• Create logical system specifications, wireframes, change requests, test cases, user guides, and training materials.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis or Scrum Master roles.
• Experience conducting business process assessments and gap analysis.
• Ability to elicit and document complex functional requirements.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes and logical system specifications.
• Experience managing change requests and triage processes.
• Ability to develop test cases and strategy roadmaps.
• Experience writing user guides and training materials.
• Any graduate degree.
