Description

You will lead the migration of legacy CRM solutions to Salesforce while managing business requirements and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of legacy CRM solutions to Salesforce to ensure minimal business disruption.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
• Design and implement Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Execute data mapping and migration activities to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for the Salesforce platform.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on Salesforce and CRM solutions.
• Proven experience managing CRM migration projects from legacy systems to Salesforce.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with data mapping, migration, and data integrity management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
