Description
Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams to implement effective Scrum practices.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospective meetings.
- Coach individuals and teams on agile values, goals, and interactions to improve delivery.
- Shield the team from outside distractions and interference to maintain focus.
- Forecast iteration deliverables using evidence-based estimation and planning techniques.
- Track backlog progress using metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and task completion.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in agile environments.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
- Hands-on experience with Kanban, Crystal, FDD, and XP.
- Proficiency in agile techniques including User Stories, ATDD, TDD, and Continuous Integration.
- Understanding of iterative and incremental development fundamentals.
- Experience with automated testing, continuous testing, and pairing.
- Ability to manage conflict using scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect.
- Knowledge of service-oriented environments and software development processes.
- Skill in creating practical plans for software development projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using Agile Games to facilitate team engagement.
