Description

Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams to implement effective Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospective meetings.
• Coach individuals and teams on agile values, goals, and interactions to improve delivery.
• Shield the team from outside distractions and interference to maintain focus.
• Forecast iteration deliverables using evidence-based estimation and planning techniques.
• Track backlog progress using metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and task completion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
• Hands-on experience with Kanban, Crystal, FDD, and XP.
• Proficiency in agile techniques including User Stories, ATDD, TDD, and Continuous Integration.
• Understanding of iterative and incremental development fundamentals.
• Experience with automated testing, continuous testing, and pairing.
• Ability to manage conflict using scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect.
• Knowledge of service-oriented environments and software development processes.
• Skill in creating practical plans for software development projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Agile Games to facilitate team engagement.
