Description

You facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams to implement effective Scrum practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Coach individuals and teams on Agile values to improve delivery.
• Shield the team from outside distractions to maintain focus.
• Forecast iteration deliverables using evidence-based estimation.
• Track backlog progress using velocity, burndown charts, and task completion metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
• Hands-on experience with Kanban, Crystal, FDD, and XP.
• Proficiency in User Stories, ATDD, TDD, and Continuous Integration.
• Understanding of iterative and incremental development fundamentals.
• Experience with automated testing, continuous testing, and pairing.
• Ability to manage conflict using Scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Agile Games to facilitate team engagement.
