Description

 ✅ Lead Agile/Scrum practices across cross-functional engineering teams

✅ Coach and mentor high-performing, self-organizing teams

✅ Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement

✅ Partner with Product Owners to manage and refine product backlogs

✅ Facilitate Sprint Planning, Stand-Ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives

✅ Collaborate with Software, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, and Assay Development teams

What we're looking for:

🔹 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field

🔹 5+ years of Agile/Scrum experience

🔹 Strong project management and servant leadership skills

🔹 Experience in regulated environments (Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Life Sciences) is a plus

🔹 Background as a Software Engineer or Test Engineer is desirable
