Lead Agile practices and remove impediments for cross-functional engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Stand-Ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor self-organizing teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage and refine product backlogs.
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery across engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Agile/Scrum experience.
• Strong project management and servant leadership skills.
• Background as a Software Engineer or Test Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated environments (Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Life Sciences).
