Description

You will act as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master for software development teams focused on web applications and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Organize and moderate all Scrum and Kanban ceremonies to ensure team commitment.
• Eliminate impediments and drive continuous improvement within the development process.
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog grooming, risk management, product vision, and reporting.
• Lead scaled agile initiatives and implement methodology or innovation topics across the organization.
• Evaluate and recommend tools for product improvement and continuous integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development.
• 12+ years of overall experience in software development with full SDLC exposure.
• Certified Scrum Master credential.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Extreme Programming (XP).
• Expertise in scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus, and LeSS.
• Experience leading software development teams in web application or cloud contexts.
• Foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming languages like C# or C++.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
