Description

You will facilitate team progress to deliverables by ensuring value alignment with daily, iteration, and PI goals.

Responsibilities

• Coach the Dev Team on empowerment, self-organization, and lean agile practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review/Demo, Sprint Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement.
• Unblock impediments and escalate issues at the team and sprint level.
• Manage and optimize the flow of value through the scrum team using Gitlab.
• Support Product Owner for backlog management and prioritization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience acting as a Product Owner across multiple scrum teams or at a scrum of scrums level.
• Proven leadership and decisive decision-making prowess.
• Strong understanding of business problems and the ability to bridge them with technology capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience managing scope, setting quality standards, and assessing project risks.
• Bachelor's degree.
