Description

You will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes for the Project management product line.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the team effectively utilizes Scrum/SAFe ceremonies to maximize value delivery.
• Manage and organize the team's Azure DevOps (ADO) Kanban board and track the backlog of features and epics.
• Communicate timelines, risks, mitigations, and progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate the identification and removal of impediments to team progress and eliminate waste.
• Coach and mentor development teams, promoting Agile standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• SAFe certified Scrum Master experience.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Project Management.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong understanding of Scrum frameworks.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Ability to manage and track team backlogs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology or related field.
