Facilitate agile delivery for squads managing IT solutions for Global Real Estate functions.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple squads and manage communication across a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project timelines to ensure delivery alignment.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks to prevent blockers.
• Monitor team progress against established project goals and milestones.

Required Skills

• 6 to 12 years of experience in agile facilitation and scrum mastery.
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification.
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification.
• Experience supporting squads focused on real estate management, reporting, or office attendance sensor solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Degree in any graduate field.
