You will drive consistent project delivery through the entire lifecycle, managing plans, resource allocation, risks, and scope.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Demos, and Story Refinement.
• Remove obstacles and protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
• Manage the relationship between the team, the Product Owner, and external stakeholders.
• Track and report team velocity, project progress, costs, and risks to management.
• Facilitate backlog management and ensure the team adheres to core Agile principles.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) models.
• 10+ years of experience with Scrum and Kanban Agile methodologies.
• 6+ years of experience working within the SAFe framework.
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Project.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM).
• Proficiency with Jira, Version One, or Team Foundation Server.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project, Visio, and MS Office.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Certification.
