You will facilitate agile processes and lead scrum adoption across multiple development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile and scrum adoption at the team level.
• Manage large-scale projects involving multiple scrum teams.
• Support development teams in meeting delivery commitments.
• Apply DevOps and Continuous Delivery fundamentals to team workflows.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach.
• 1+ years of experience managing multiple scrum team projects at scale.
• 4 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, VBA, C, and C++.
• Experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Agile Central, or VersionOne.

Preferred Skills

• Practical understanding of DevOps and Continuous Delivery principles.
