Description

You will lead and coach Scrum teams to become self-managed, cross-functional, and efficient through iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events including refinement, backlog grooming, stand-ups, estimation, demos, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to plan roadmap execution based on capacity and identify delivery risks.
• Remove impediments, clarify assignments, and manage conflict resolution at both team and stakeholder levels.
• Coach the team, business, and leadership on Scrum adoption, including the creation of working agreements, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done.
• Track and map dependencies both within and outside the team to ensure smooth execution and share team-level metrics to drive maturity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Scrum or Agile roles.
• Expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships at management and executive levels.
• Ability to educate teams on epic, story, and feature creation.
• Knowledge of BDD, TDD, ATDD, and CI/CD workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.
