You facilitate Agile processes and manage end-to-end application development projects for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Grooming, and Retrospectives.
• Manage large-scale application development projects and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing a groomed product backlog.
• Identify, log, and remove impediments to progress while escalating risks to technical leads and clients.
• Track and analyze delivery metrics such as velocity and burndown to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum facilitation.
• Expertise in using Jira to track work progress, dependencies, and blockers.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery across multiple sprints.
• Experience coaching teams on Agile values, transparency, and self-organization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to provide transparent updates on delivery health.
• CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Prince2 Agile certification.
• Ability to work directly with Product Owners to refine backlog items.
