Description

You will guide multiple Scrum teams in applying Agile practices to meet industrial project requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide Scrum teams in Agile practices and principles, ensuring alignment with industrial project objectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability by mentoring teams to self-organize.
• Act as the liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and project management to ensure goal alignment.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, quality, and scope.
• Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency in delivering industrial solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in an Agile or Scrum Master capacity.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira for tracking and workflow management.
• Skills in Project Management.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Experience in Data Modeling.
• Understanding of Industrial Systems or related environments.

• Experience working in industrial systems or related environments.
