Description

You facilitate and coach delivery teams using Scrum practices to ensure effective sprint execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices.
• Identify and remove impediments blocking sprint commitments.
• Ensure the product backlog remains clear and well-groomed with the Product Owner.
• Track and report sprint metrics like velocity and burn-down to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated skill in facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAFe or scaled Agile environments.
• Experience in Retail, ERP, or Enterprise application programs.
