Key Responsibilities Facilitate Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings. Act as a servant leader and coach for the Scrum team. Help the team understand and follow Scrum principles, practices, and Agile values. Identify and remove impediments that affect team productivity and delivery. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the Product Backlog is well-maintained and prioritized. Support effective Sprint planning, estimation, and delivery. Monitor Sprint progress and communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and impediments. Promote continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and actionable improvement plans. Protect the team from unnecessary interruptions and distractions. Facilitate collaboration between Developers, Product Owners, QA, Business Analysts, and stakeholders. Help teams improve their Agile maturity, self-organization, and accountability. Track and communicate Agile metrics such as Velocity, Sprint Burndown, Cycle Time, and Lead Time where appropriate. Identify delivery risks and dependencies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution. Support release planning and cross-team coordination when required. Encourage transparency, inspection, and adaptation across the development process. Maintain relevant Agile/Scrum documentation and project dashboards. Required Skills Strong understanding of Scrum Framework, Agile principles, and SDLC. Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments. Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams. Ability to identify and resolve team impediments. Strong understanding of Sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and retrospectives. Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools. Ability to work effectively with Product Owners, Engineering teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of Agile metrics and reporting.
