Description

Lead Agile teams to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence across complex, multi-team environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and servant-leadership to foster a high-performance culture.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy backlogs, prioritize user stories, and align delivery with business stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps, remove impediments, and lead Agile transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Track sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput), manage risks, and maintain documentation within Agile tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Deep expertise in Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and XP.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or VersionOne.
• Strong background in facilitating team collaboration, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams or complex product environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field (Any Graduate acceptable).

Preferred Skills

• CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience mentoring junior Scrum Masters and contributing to organization-wide Agile maturity.
