Description

You will facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement for development teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings.
• Coach team members through one-on-one sessions and mediate impediments or conflicts to foster self-organization.
• Support product owners and project leaders by assisting with release planning and identifying decisions impacting delivery.
• Promote agile practices and continuous improvement methods to resolve productivity issues.
• Engage stakeholders regularly and facilitate communication between team members and management.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Expertise in Agile software development and Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Ability to facilitate organizational change and lead agile workshops or talks.
• Experience managing team dynamics and driving technical debt awareness.

Preferred Skills

• Experience preparing presentations for project stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating team building activities.
